Grief is defined as deep sorrow, especially that caused by some one’s death, the word is originated from old French meaning burden. I don’t see my grief as a burden. My grief is an enormous part of who I am but it is not all I am. It’s not an easy or simple aspect of who I am but it certainly is not a burden.
